The idea of this Campo Demo would be to test the effectiveness of biostimulant products that, distributed at leaf level, can interact with the metabolism of the plant, favoring the concentration of solutes. This solution, if the results were interesting, could replace or support the practice of “manual thinning”, in order to increase the quality of the product, containing production costs.
The target will be quality traits, with the possibility to carry out microvinification.
The analyses that will be done will be:
- Ripening curve,
- Ripeness index,
